Shipping

  • All orders incur a shipping fee of at least $25+GST. Please contact us for an accurate shipping cost for your order.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for orders requiring rural delivery or Saturday delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders received before the daily cut-off are shipped the same business day.

We ship with the following carriers:

  • Under 150kg
    NZ Couriers – Overnight delivery to urban areas and rural drop-off locations.
  • Over 150kgs
    Mainfreight – Overnight throughout the North Island and north of Christchurch. South of Christchurch the expected delivery time is two days.

Please note: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Saturday Deliveries may be available on request.

365 day Right of Return Policy

We are proud to offer a 365 day right of return policy that ensures our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Should, for any reason, you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide you with:

  • a store credit to the value of your purchase
  • a full refund using the same method as your original transaction
  • an exchange for products to the same value as your original purchase

The only conditions are:

  • Product must be returned with 365 days of original purchase date.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
  • In the case where the product is not deemed faulty, you cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products

We do our absolute best to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered and in perfect condition. It’s unusual, but sometimes, things don’t go exactly to plan.

  • Should the product you receive be damaged, it does not match the items on the order, or it is deemed faulty, please get in touch immediately so we can work out a resolution to the problem.
  • We will replace any product that is damaged in transit, sent in error, or deemed faulty at no cost to you.
  • Please ensure that you engage with us before returning products, as they cannot be accepted,  nor replacements issued, without prior approval to return the items.
